A bold, joyful statement necklace made entirely by hand in my small studio in Altafulla, on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.
Two layers of soft fabric-covered beads in coral, orange and red tones, with touches of turquoise, mixed with vibrant printed fabrics, hang from an antique bronze-tone chain. The sides are wrapped in hand-dyed fabric with bronze accents, so it feels light and comfortable on the neck.
Each bead is wrapped in upcycled fabric scraps, which makes every necklace one of a kind. Small variations in color and pattern are part of its handmade charm.
